Later, Raja and Ghafoor bump off the inspector and run away with the loot to Bombay.

Now Raja and Ghafoor think that they have the resources to make an even bigger move, a move that shall make them super rich. Upon reaching the Bombay airport Raja happens to see Dr. Neha played by actress Juhi Chawla who is a psychiatrist by profession. Raja thinks he has to get her love to reach her money. Raja introduces himself as Raj Kumar and tells Dr. Neha that he has just retuned from the US.

On the other side of the movie’s story is Bunnu who is the son of a wealthy businessman named Birju played by actor Anupam Kher. Bunnu’s father takes him to get treatment from Dr. Neha and there Bunnu gets attracted to the doctor. Now it is here that the fun in the movie begins, Raja gets to know that he has a rival in Bunnu, at first Raja upon knowing the condition of Bunnu thinks that how can such a fearful person be his competition and thus doesn’t scare him with any tactics and rather thinks on concentrating on befriending the doctor further. There are many hilarious scenes in the movie that will make to laugh with your mouth wide open, one scene is where Bunnu’s father takes Bunnu to a swimming pool so that Bunnu can get rid off his fear for water, Bunnu changes into his swim wear not in the changing room but by the pool side right in front of a half a dozen pretty girls and then when his father pushes him towards the diving board to take a plunge into the water instead of diving into the water Bunnu jumps into the hands of his father.

Suddenly, Neha has to leave for Ooty with her father (Saeed Jaffrey) to attend her uncle's (Shakti Kapoor) wedding. As she has left all of a sudden she does not inform either of the two as to where she is headed. Both Raja and Bunnu cannot live without her for their own personal reasons thus they impersonate policemen and intimidate her secretary into revealing where she's vamoosed. Dr Neha is thrilled to see them in Ooty, but is drawn closer to the ill Bunnu rather than Raja. On returning from Ooty, Neha calls upon both Raja and Bunnu to the court, ostensibly with the purpose of marriage. Both Raja and Bunnu are surprises to see each other at the court and think that the garland that the other one is holding is for Neha to put in the other’s neck. But their dreams are shattered when out of now where Neha’s boyfriend played by actor Salman Khan comes to marry her and takes her away in front of Bunnu & Raja.
