Bollywood movie Jeet Jeet is a Bollywood movie of action genre that was release in the year of 1996. The movie is directed by noted Bollywood director Raj Kanwar and has been produced by celebrated Bollywood producer Sajid Nadiadwala. The lead actors for the movie are Sunny Deol, Salman Khan & Karisma Kapoor while supporting star cast includes actress Tabu, Amrish Puri, Alok Nath & Dalip Tahil. Jeet happened to be one of the biggest hits of the year 1996. The story of the movie is quite simple but the action sequences in the movie are brilliant. The opening scenes of the movie have Ramakant Sahay (Dalip Tahil) returning to settle in India from their permanent residence in the United States along with his bachelor son Raju (Salman Khan) full name Rajnath. They already have the match for Raju who happens to be Mr. Sahay childhood friend’s daughter. His is a professor by profession and his name is Mr. Sidhant Sharma (Alok Nath) while his daughter’s name is Kajal Sharma (Karisma Kapoor). On arriving in India Raju & Kajal get happily married and everyone is very happy. The two of them go for their honeymoon almost immediately and the destination for their honeymoon is a foreign location. On their return for the honeymoon Mr. Sahay think the time is apt that his son should start taking part in the day to day functioning for their business and this thought has the support of his uncle Gajraj Choudhary (Amrish Puri). As all these events are taking place there is another good news to come to the family that of Kajal being expecting a baby. But this does not last long for Raju as his involvement in the day to day operation of his father’s business lead him to finding that the facet business of the Rajnath Shipping Corporation is different while underneath all the work carried out is of illegal nature namely drugs, arms & illicit liquor. This has Raju furious and he tells his father that such activities should be halted immediately or else he would be left with no option but to go against his own father and uncle. With his father not listening to him he takes his wife and leave the worldly comforts of his house. Gajraj Choudhary too approaches Raju to reconcile with his father but with does not have any effect on Raju. Gajraj Choudhary feels there is no other way to protect this illegal business empire than to have Raju killed. The contract is given to a dreaded hit man named Karan (Sunny Deol). Prior to Kajal getting married to Raju, Karan used to love Kajal. Then the movie shows us the connection between Karan and Kajal. Karan was on the road to getting reformed by Kajal love and he had vowed to leave the path of criminals and lead a life of a simple person but when he learnt about the marriage of Kajal to a person named Raju he felt betrayed and thus took to his life as a criminal again. Now Karan was the opportunity of two revenges with Raju, one that of teaching him a lesson of taking away Kajal from him and the other being that he was being paid to get him out of Gajraj Choudhary’s way. Karan is an expert in his job and has never failed in killing is target. But then Kajal is able to make him realize that her life was ruined when she could not marry him and today when she has accepted Raju as being her life and her loved husband he is attempting to kill her husband he will ruin her life again. Sanity prevails and Karan does not kill Raju and the real bad people, his father and his uncle are found guilty and receive their punishments.
