Bollywood movie Judwaa Judwaa happens to be a Bollywood film of comic genre and was released on the 7th of February in the year 1997. The movie has been directed by the king of comedy movies in Bollywood David Dhawan and has been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The music of this film too went on to be very popular courtesy music director Anu Malik. The film starred actors Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Rambha and also Reema Lagoo, Shakti Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Satish Shah & Dalip Tahil. The movie met with tremendous success all over the country giving the pairing of Salman Khan & Karisma Kapoor another hit after the success of Jeet. The plot of the movie is centered on its lead actor; Salman Khan has a double role to play in the movie. One character is that of a quite, mature and very obedient son named Prem while the other character that Salman plays is of Raja, a person who is exactly opposite of Prem, extremely extrovert, outing and full of fun in any situation. Mrs. Malhotra (Reema Lagoo) gives birth to twins but at the time of birth one of them goes missing and Mrs. Malhotra if left with only one of her son. Mrs. Malhotra cannot bear the pain of losing a child. Since then she has been in shock and confined in a wheelchair in the USA. Years have passed to this incident and Prem her son who happens to be the fortunate of the two to live with his mother has grown up to become a handsome young eligible bachelor and thus Mrs. Malhotra, Mr. Malhotra (Dalip Tahil) and Prem set off to destination India to look for a match for Prem. Mrs. & Mr. Malhotra wants Prem to get married to outgoing and precocious Mala (Karisma Kapoor), who is the daughter of Mr. Sharma (Kader Khan). But Prem is not at ease with her as she is complete different what he thinks of being a suitable girl for marriage but that really doesn’t affect Mala. Actually before meeting Prem she happened to meet Raja the twin brother of Prem who is exactly like Mala, outing and filled with fun and also speaks the same ‘Tapori’ language that Mala is so found of. What transpires is anybody’s guess. When Prem happens to meet Mala for the 1st time she think of Prem to be Raja but he is not behaving like Raja. She is so happy to see Prem at her home and would love to get married to Raja who is actually Prem but Prem does not know why Mala is acting so friendly to him despite the two of them meeting for the first time. Wherein is all the confusion, when Prem meets Mala he thinks she is extremely outgoing and she not the girl for him to get married to while Mala think why is Prem not acting his usual self, like he would when they meet on the street corner while when Raja meets Mala in person he acts so openly and his thoughts are so clear that she is left head over heals in love with him. Prem happens to meet Roopa (Rambha) who is exactly what Prem has been searching in a girl, sobriety & gracefulness. Prem lets Rambha know that he likes her a lot. While all of the these four are trying to search for one another in a central park one day, Raja and Prem come face to face in a rest room and even there it is Prem who looks more curious while Raja is still his usual smiling self. When Mala comes searching for Raja and Roopa for Prem they cannot believe their eyes that there are two different men standing apart from each other and look identical to each other. Both the girls faint there only while it is now clear to both Prem & Raja that they are twins and brothers who have been reunited. All the scenes in the movie are hilarious and the movie won the hearts of people all over the nations. Salman Khan was brilliant with his comedy.
