Bollywood movie Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya happens to be a Bollywood movie of romantic comedy genre that was released in the year 1998 on 27th March. Sohail Khan has directed the movie and the produced the movie too. A notable thing in this movie was that Sohail Khan’s real life brother’s Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and Arbaaz Khan both acted in this movie along side former Bollywood superstar Dharmendra, leading actress Kajol & Anjana Zhaveri. What was also interesting about this was that much of the college scenes were shoot at the 3 brother’s birthplace city of Indore in India. The movie starts with Vishaal (Arbaaz Khan) being a caring and protective brother of Muskaan (Kajol) and their uncle (Dharmendra) and all of them live on the outskirts of a lovely town where Vishaal runs a stable. Muskaan's childhood friend, Ujaala (Anjana Zhaveri), has been carrying a torch for the brooding Vishal since childhood, but he won't give her the time of day. Now that Muskaan has grown up into a lovely young lady, her brother is scouting for young eligible bachelor in the near by surrounding area so that her could complete his responsibility getting his younger sister married in a decent manner. While Muskaan is aware that her brother wants her to get married some time soon she also wants to study while she has time on her side. Muskaan then asks her brother that she would like to get higher education from a big city university. At first Vishaal is having none of it and tells her that there is a big bad world out there and he doesn’t want to expose her to such a world. It is then that Muskaan speaks to her uncle that he she tell her brother that it might be her last chance to get good education before she gets married. On hearing this Vishaal too gives into her demand and he takes her to the city university and also get her admitted into the college. There she happens to meet a prankster playing group that is headed by Suraj (Salman Khan) who at first keeps teasing her and keeps coming in her way to so that he can catch Muskaan’s attention. After a little deliberation Muskaan too starts liking Suraj who happens to be in the college hostel because his parent are filthy rich & busy too and do not have the time to meet him or listen to his desires. There is an inter college sports meet in the college where Suraj’s team are pitted against another team. There are very cute romantic scenes during this time in the movie where the Muskaan is unhappy with Suraj teasing her so she goes to the library and then Suraj comes in there are tries to make a conversation with Muskaan but whenever he starts talking everyone sitting there ask the two of them to maintain complete silence and then there during the sports meet there is a competition for tug of war where Suraj upon sighting Muskaan forgets to hold the grip of the rope and thus his team loses. Muskaan’s brother comes to the college all of a sudden and sees that Muskaan and Suraj are good friends but he doesn’t like it and takes Muskaan back to their hometown. Suraj then travels all the way to Muskaan’s hometown and keeps asking everyone on the street for her brother’s address to which the locals tell him to return or else he won’t come back alive. He manages to reach Muskaan’s home and Vishaal tells him that he would have to stand a test to be considered eligible to ask for his sister’s hand. Vishaal shows no mercy towards Suraj and ruthlessly asks him to do the cleaning of the stable and all sorts of work to which Suraj agrees without hesitation but Vishaal still asks him to leave. In the end Vishaal wants Muskaan to marry the brother of Thakur Vijay Singh (Nirmal Pandey), not knowing that Thakur Vijay Singh is doing this to merely extract vengeance against the Thakur family for a previous humiliation his own family received. When such intention become known to Vishaal, Vishaal & Suraj find them off and lastly Vishaal agrees that Suraj is the right person for Muskaan.
