Bollywood Movie Tere Naam Tere Naam is a Bollywood film that released on 15th August 2003. Satish Kaushik, a versatile actor has directed the movie while Mr. Sunil Manchanda & Mr. Mukesh Talreja is the producers of the movie. The movie is of romantic genre but what made this movie a super hit is actor Salman Khan’s action scenes, hairstyle and the romantic portrayal of his love for a college student, which is ably played by actress Bhoomika Chawla. Many of the masses after watching this movie copied actor Salman Khan’s hairdo. The movie went on to become a major hit and had a cult following among the masses. Radheyy Mohan played by actor Salman Khan is a bad boy. He smokes, drinks, brawls and ragging of new college entrants is his favorite time utilization. Radhey has passed out of this college quite a number of years ago but hasn’t left this premise as yet and has maintained a strong hold on the activities in the college. Then enters a young girl, Nirjara played by actress Bhoomika Chawla. Nirjara belongs to a high caste Hindu family and it is the wish of her family she gets married to a Hindu who also belongs to a high caste family. Nirjara has no one in her life and she thinks that she shall be better served in life if she follows with rightful path shown by her parents. So she agrees to marry after her college studies are completed. When she enters the college Radhey Mohan immediately rags her. But on seeing her innocence and simplicity Radhey Mohan cannot stop himself from falling for her. Radhey Mohan does everything to impress her so that she can forgive him for being so rude to her and become good friends. Every one in the college camps is surprised by Radhey Mohan’s new good and kind behavior. When Radhey proposes Nirjara, she despises him and calls him a goon. This infuriates Radhey that how could a new girl who has just come to this college reject his proposal, he also feels that why should she say no to him, he is so popular and all people come to him for help and respect him. He cannot stand this situation and starts behaving badly with everyone near to him. Unknowingly, one day he helps Nirjara's married elder sister from a brothel-house. When Rameshwar (Ravi Kishan) narrates this help to Nirjara, she starts feeling love for Radhey. Once the feeling is mutual they start enjoying each other’s company a lot. But what this reversal of personality does it makes Radhey Mohan venerable against those people who he had troubled a lot and even beaten up. And this is what exactly happens, when his enemies come to know that Radhey Mohan is no longer a violent man and he has a weakness in Nirjara they know that this is the best time to take all their revenges at one time. It the owners of that brothel-house from where Radhey has rescued Nirjara's married elder sister who plan an attack on Radhey and beat him up black and blue, they beat him so badly that he is hit upon the head and as a consequence loses him entire memory. He is taken to an ashram, where it is thought that a more traditional method of treatment would be more effective in helping Radhey recover his lost memory. Nirjara is told by her parents to forget about Radhey Mohan and to get married Rameshwar, Nirjara obeys the family and gets married as per their sayings. But she commits suicide on the marriage day and when finally Radhey recovers from his loss of memory he straight away goes to meet Nirjara and is left shell-shocked on hearing about her death. He then returns to the ashram upon accepting the truth about his love life. In the end it shows Swamiji tending to nothing meaning that Salman has been cured and has left the asylum fine except for the fact that he lost his love.
